Clinics For Cancer To Raise Money For NBL Champion

Andrew “Parky” Parkinson won two NBL championships in 1992 & 1996 while playing at the South-East Melbourne Magic but now he finds himself in the toughest battle of his life fighting cancer.

3on3 Hoops will be supporting Parky next week by running Clinics for Cancer, run by different famous basketball stars including Andrew Gaze, Alanna Smith, Chris Anstey, Jason Smith and Steve Hoare.

All the money raised will go to supporting Parky and his family through this difficult time.

Each clinic will go for 3 hours and include skills coaching focussing on shooting, ball handling, 1on1, defense , finishing at the hoop, and 3 on 3 games.

The cost of the clinic is $60 per player, the sessions are limited to a maximum of 50 players and will be held at 9 Hamilton Street Oakleigh. The dates and times are set out in the table below.
