Dandenong Stadium To Close For Four Weeks

Dear All,

Dandenong Basketball and the Dandenong Stadium / State Volleyball Centre will be closed for at least four weeks from today, Monday March 16th or until further notice.

The closure applies to all activities at the stadium.

This includes all junior and senior competitions which have been cancelled until at least Tuesday April 14th

Unfortunately, the junior and senior basketball competition will not be able to play finals for the Summer Season.  We understand that this is disappointing, however we trust that you understand the difficult position that is upon all of us at this time.

Basketball registrations for the Winter 2020 Domestic Season  will continue as per normal processes.  We are aware of the uncertainty relating to start times for the Winter Domestic season, however, we will work with all parties to ensure an effective and smooth transition when basketball starts again.

We encourage all the members of the Dandenong Basketball family to prioritize their health over the next few weeks as the Victorian community looks to minimize the effect of this ongoing COVID-19 crisis.
